Founder and CEOAs one of the Founder of Lucid Technologies Srinath brings in 25yrs of experience in the IT services Industry. Having worked in the US for several years with Automotive OEMs, Tier one suppliers and Tech start-ups before founding the company in India, Srinath effectively utilized his experience and industry exposure to help setup and scale technical delivery organizations. Srinath is responsible for business strategy and business partner relationships apart from general management of operations. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a M.Sc. in Manufacturing Engineering

Chief Data ArchitectAnand has 19 years in software industry with 12 years as a Data Architect. His experience in the data space spawns several Information Management, Analytics and Big data projects for leading clients across Financial Services, Retail, Insurance, Telecom and Transportation industries. He also has been Head of data architecture practice and COEs across large organizations. Anand has delivered large-scale data warehouse and information management solutions and built analytics solutions for Customer, Fraud, Risk, Social Media and Web analysis. He has published papers on several technical magazines and co-authored a chapter in a Springer’s Cloud computing book. He holds a M.S in Software Services from B.I.T.S Pilani, India

Co-FounderAn IT professional with 22 years of experience both as an entrepreneur and an employee in the IT services industry. Expertise in solution architecture, client management, operations and delivery management. She is responsible for delivery of all services and solutions. A key contributor in conceptualizing the RevenueIQ solution, she currently holds product management responsibilities across the solutions portfolio. As a technical consultant supports all pre-sales for solutions and services. She is an active participant in the Solution Design and Validation aspects of all key client engagements and also takes on consulting assignments as a Solution Architect. Kalyani has an MS in Computer Science from Northeastern University, Boston.

Senior ArchitectSubramaniam, a.k.a Sibi has around 17 years of IT experience in Architecting, Designing & Developing Solutions & Products across various domains such as Media, HealthCare, Intellectual Property Rights, Digital Rights Management. He has technically handled projects across various technologies including .NET, Java, Data Integration & Governance and Business Intelligence. He has extensively worked in designing & building custom solutions integrating various IBM IIS foundation tools to manage & report the lineage Sibi has architected various frameworks for the Data Visualizations in Dashboards, Mobile Applications, products for the Independent Software Vendors, Testing Frameworks for the Business Services.
